If you are having any sort of technical issue (aside from a defective disk - see return policy below), please refer to the technical support information at the VTC USA Web site before emailing. Most issues are minor and are either related to improperly installed Quicktime player or the use of an older version of the VTC Player, either of which can be quickly and easily diagnosed and addressed.

Return Policy

It is rare that any of our CDs experience manufacturing defects, but it does happen from time to time. In the event of a defective disk, we will replace the disk immediately at no cost to our clients. Please Contact Us to report any problems in this regard, we will be happy to assist you.
