As you browse through the site and review individual titles, you will note 'Buy it' buttons for each of our products. Selecting these buttons will add an item to your shopping cart. From the shopping cart you can proceed to checkout and pay for your purchase, or you can continue to browse the site.
Once you elect to 'checkout', the browser will switch to secure mode using 128bit encryption,
the same level of security used by banks for online banking.
Such security ensures that none of your personal information can by viewed by anyone else on the Internet. We will collect your shipping and billing addresses to calculate the shipping charges and taxes applicable and show you your final total BEFORE you commit to making payment. It is rare that any of our CDs experience manufacturing defects, but it does happen from time to time. In the event of a defective disk, we will replace the disk immediately at no cost to our clients. Please Contact Us by telephone to report any problems in this regard, we will be happy to assist you.
We are sorry, but we will not accept returns of working products that have been opened. Any unopened products that are returned for a refund must have a RMA number clearly identified on the return packaging. Refunds will only be issued for products returned within 30 days of purchase, and may be subject to a $35.00 restocking fee. You can contact us for any returns, and for an RMA number at 1-877-882-2262 between 10am and 4pm Eastern Time. |

Shipping Within the U.S.:
We offer three methods of shipping in the United States. All USA shipments are sent via UPS.
UPS Ground:
Any orders received before 1:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time) will be shipped by UPS for receipt within approximately 3-5 business days. The standard rate for this method of shipping, anywhere in the USA, for any size of order, is $10.00.
UPS 2nd Business Day:
Any orders received before 1:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time) will be shipped by UPS for receipt within 2 business days. The standard rate for this method of shipping, anywhere in the USA, for any size of order, is $16.00.
UPS Next Business Day:
Any orders received before 1:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time) will be shipped by UPS for receipt the next business day. The standard rate for this method of shipping, anywhere in the USA, for any size of order, is $35.00.
Shipping Within Canada:
We offer only two methods of shipping, Overnight (where available) or Standard Courier (2-5 days) So your choices are 'fast' or 'faster'.
Standard Courier:
Any orders received before 1:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time) will be shipped by CanadaPost XpressPost for receipt within 2-5 business days. Major centres normally receive shipments within 2-3 business days. The standard rate for this method of shipping, anywhere in Canada, for any size of order, is $12.00 plus GST.
Overnight Courier:
Any orders received before 1:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time) will be shipped the same day for receipt the next business day before noon. Any orders received after 1:00 pm will be shipped the next business day and should arrive to you on the following business day.* The standard rate for this method of shipping, anywhere in Canada, for any size of order, is $22.00 plus GST.
* Delivery times are subject to some terms and conditions imposed by the courier company.

All CD products are priced in Canadian Dollars. For customers outside of Canada, your credit card company will convert the Canadian Dollar charge into your local currency at the current exchange rate. There may be additional fees levied by your credit card company in these transactions. Please contact your credit card provider regarding these additional charges, as we have no control over these charges.
The VTC Online University is charged in US Dollars only. As with Canadian Dollar charges, your credit card will show a charge in your local currency, with the amount converted at the current exchange rate. |
